Honesty We don't believe that gimmicks and customer service have any relation.  We realize we don't have as much traffic on our lot as other dealerships do due to this belief but we will stand by the tactic of being as open and honest with you as the consumer as we possibly can.  This policy has gotten us fewer lookers but many dedicated customers, and for that, we are grateful. Loyalty Most preowned vehicle shoppers, look for a good extended warrantee to go with them beyond the 1 month/500 mile dealer warrantee.  We have collaborated with an extended warrantee company that offers mechanical breakdown coverage.  We looked hard to find a company that would be loyal to us and loyal to our customers and are excited about the company we are collaborating with.  We have been in business in the same location for over 50 years.  We are dedicated to the community, to our employees, and to our customers.  Our goal is not to continue this dedication, but to allow it to flourish and grow. Efficiency For vehicle pricing, we use NADA and have used that car guide since we opened.  We also compare prices locally and we attempt to reevaluate our pricing monthly, with the release of the monthly price guides.  We strive to have a better price and a better vehicle, but the most important priority to us is the reliability of your vehicle.  We are also continuing to make improvements to our facilities, processes and paperwork.  We want your time spent in our dealership to be valuable but not lengthy.
